Dropdown time value issue...

Hello,

I have two dropdown menu's for my form that are used for the following. One is for "Travel Time" and the other is for "Time on the job". Both of these dropdown menus are required, however, the employees that use the form have been submitting all zero's as the value, and I need to prevent them from being able to use anything less than "0:05" as a time value. So, basically I need to remove the "0:00" value from being a valid entry for those two dropdown menus. Please let me know what you think is a possible solution. Attached is a screenshot of the dropdown menu's in case there is a need to visually see what I am referring to.

Simply select your field, and set your custom default time:
