I need help I went back to form preference to disable encrypted choice by checking no... but still can't view the form not in preview mode neither on my website.  This feature is pointless, if visitors can no longer view or complete the form. Please help.

    Thanks in advance.

You and your system is mistaken for phishing... This form was being used to activate the user's account with us and is only collecting information of which we sent to the user. The VIP Card number as printed on the card when the customer receives it in the US Mail. By entering the same information as requested on the JotForm allows us to confirm, verify and identify the customer being the authorized person of the account/Card holder. This is not phishing. We are not requesting credit card information, only the card information that we issued to that person to confirm and activate the account for the Certified V.I.P Card customer. Please un-suspend and re-activate this account.  We are not violating any policy or laws of any type. Please review the form carefully so that you see and can understand that we are not asking for sensitive information but information that is only unique to us and our customers.

Thank you for explaining in details about the purpose of the form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/51384966969982

The Phishing detector in place is an automated system that filters forms base on specific rules. So in the case of your form, it does have elements that resembles a CC phishing form. This was the reason it was suspended.

After your explanation, I have manually checked further and reviewed your account and forms. I agree that it is a mistake on our end that the form was flagged as a phishing form.

I have now corrected the mistake and reactivated the account and forms.

You may login to the account at https://www.jotform.com/login to check your account and form status.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please let us know if there are still issue.
