Dropbox and plan storageAsked by Samantha Buckley on June 06, 2016 at 12:57 AM
Im looking at adding a Jotform to my SquareSpace store, so my customers can upload their images for me.
I like the idea of these images going to my Dropbox account. Does this count against the allowed storage on a plan?
Can I use the free plan if I have a lot of images uploading to my Dropbox?
Also....just wondering what the total submissions means? Does this mean that if Im on a free plan, the form will stop after it has been used 500 times?
Many thanks, Sam
The storage plan on Dropbox and JotForm are different and independent from each other. If you have a huge storage space in your Dropbox and you are using JotForm for free, that is fine. As long as you will keep your storage in JotForm within the limits allowed in your account type, it will keep on sending a copy of your submissions to Dropbox. So this answers also that yes, you can have a free plan and have lots of images uploading to your Dropbox :)
About the total submissions, this means that you will be limited to 500 submissions. If you have reached that maximum, the oldest submission shall be deleted from your submissions once you receive a new submission.
