Dynamic Dropdown: Not All Fields Show on Preview before Submit

    Hi i have 12 dynamic dropdown under each form collaspe but on the preview before submit widget it shows only 6 out of the 12 dynamic dropdown. please please help

    Hi,

    First of all, are you to this form - http://www.jotform.me/form/61520524372448. In Order tab. I can see that you have 12 ddslick dropdown widgets on each form collapse.

    However, I cannot seem to replicate the issue because when I hit Preview Before Submit, it show the correct number of fields. Please see below.

    If you are referring to a different form, please give us the form URL as well as the screenshot of the preview wherein there are missing fields so we can check further.
