    I recently found that there was a small tab in the bottom right corner of the page to chat if I needed suppor. I did come to using this, but It disappeared after I closed it, and I cannot find a way to bring it back up. How am I able to bring this window back up for immediate support? Is it available any time?

    I also would like to ask: Where can I submit feature suggestions to jotforms? Will you accept features that grow beyond the current idea, such as a quizes or polls.

    Will it also be a good suggestion to suggest a new section to the site for suggesting new features and ideas?

    @Dumbietest

    The chat assistance is not always enabled, it depends of the current amount of issues and the availability of our support staff. However , whenever you have a question, feel free to drop it on the forum

    Regarding to the feature request, you can also leave your request here and we can forward the request to the proper team

    We have thought about quizes or polls in the past, and we decided that there is no way to implement those things without making our user interface too complex. Our first priority is to make sure JotForm is easy to use. That's why we decided to not implement them.

    We currently do not have any plan to implement those features.

    I don't see that much complexity into the user interface. I can visualize a drag-and-drop interface with options such as multiple choice, fill in the blank etc. With polls on the other hand, I cancisualize a box for the poll question, then lines untherneath to fill in whatever. In ways it is similar to Polldaddy, but I can see Jotform offering more, to free users at least.
