    This is to inform you that the account has been upgraded to Premium good for 1 year, once you re login to your Jotform account you will see increase in the quota limits. From the Account Settings in Jotform you will also see the next billing which will be on March 19th, 2013.

    If you still don't see the changes of your account, please logout to your Jotform Account, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.
