Não estou conseguindo fazer com que eu receba diretamente em meu Email o formulário preenchido quando uma pessoa cadastra um evento. Antes era mais fácil e eu sabia como fazer, agora não.

Please login to your JotForm account when opening a thread or replying in the forum. This will help us identify your account properly. Is this your username (pgv)? Also, is this the form you're working with?(https://www.jotformz.com/form/42523455703653)
The email recipient on that form is not listed in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that the submissions are being sent properly. Here's a screenshot:
Your settings are configured correctly as well. Please check your spam folders or junk mails. You can also whitelist the our mail servers and IP addresses, here's a guide. Please check this related guide as well.
