I cannot open attached files from applicants

    Dear JotForm,

    I can see that there are applicants to one of our positions, but I cannot open the attached files (CV and applications) from some of them. Five pages are blank. The position is called: "P+ søger en Risk Manager til risikostyring".

    I tried checking the submissions and I was able to open the attached files. Please try to open them in the Submissions page to see if it will work. You can right click the PDF file and then save it or download it. Here's a guide on How-to-View-and-Export-Form-Submissions.

    In Google Chrome, if you click the PDF link, it will open another tab that shows the PDF file. May we know what browser are you using? Can you please try if this will work on another browser or not? This will help us identify if it is a browser related issue or not.
