hi there, i am missing 30 feedbacks from 61 that I have.

I have tried submitting your JotForm from the web page where the form is embedded. I see that my submission is displaying properly in the submissions data. I'm not sure at the moment, why the earlier submissions are being displayed blank. Did you or anyone who is having the access to your JotForm make any modifications to the form like deleting the fields and added new fields? This might have caused the issue.
I have checked the email notifications for this form and there is some data in the email received. However, the email notifications were not sent due to the email address is in the bounce list. I have now removed it from the bounce list and you should be able to receive the emails from now. You may check the email history log right from your account by following the guide below:

We notice that there is an issue with the submissions displaying blank between 13-May-2016 to 23-May-2016. We have notified about the issue to our backend team. We'll update you here once we have any news in this regard. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
