We had 77 submissions for this form:
All of a sudden this morning, we noticed that our report data was wrong -- events that previously had 32 people signed up now have 22, etc. Looking at the submissions, it seems like each submission is still very, but many of the older submissions now have only a Submission Date and IP Address, all the other data is gone!
Please help -- we'll be in big trouble if all that submission data is lost!
I notice that the submissions are displaying blank for your JotForm "2016 Summer Social Sign-up". It seems we are having an issue with displaying the submissions between few dates in the month of May. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. We'll update you here once we have any update in this regard.
