Our new form -- https://form.jotform.com/50295779107160 is operational, but not all the notification emails are not being sent
Upon submission of the form, I need a copy to come to me (it does work) and one to our billing clerk (this does not work). In addition, since the form is an insertion order for advertising and the forms are being submitted by our salespeople, a copy needs to go back to each sales rep upon submission. Not all of them are receiving their email copy, but some are. I have those set up in Conditions...
Any idea what I've done wrong and how I can get this fixed quickly? Thanks!

Hello DTelegram,
I did check your form and found that you have several conditions and based on that you are sending submission emails.
Your conditions are sending notification and auto-responder emails to following email addresses and none of them are in our bounce list:
Can you please let us know on which email the submissions are not being received?
We will wait for your response.
