    Hello VOIXESGROUP,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you are not receiving submissions in your form?

    I did check your account and it seems you have not received any submissions in this entire month. I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
