    I am suppose to be on the FREE plan, but you keep charging my credit card this amount every month, and I'm not even using your service. Please stop and cancel this subscription and refund me for all of the $19 charges you have debited from my account.  Please confirm that you have received this and are taking care of this matter promptly.
