Can you tell me how to downgrade back to the free option? We are finished with our application window. Thank you

    For your convenience I have canceled your Premium subcsription you will no longer be charged again however your account will still remain Premium until paid period expires which is on April 17 by then your account will be dowgraded to the free version.
