Where can I find the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" option in the new Preferences wizard?

whare is it now for this function ? , only see Clear Hidden Field Values , it's same? so i make it like clear on being hidend

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, that option is only available with the old interface for now. But this option is already, by default, enabled.

However, as a workaround, you can make the old interface show if you add "&old" to the Form Builder page URL.
