    Unable to download PDF-submission from JotForm EU servers

    I'm trying to let users download a PDF copy of their submissions (on EU server), using the URL scheme discussed here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/91343-Can-jotform-send-data-to-pdf-and-email-the-pdf.

    However, all I get in the generated PDF is the submission date, and nothing else. Am I doing something wrong, or is it not fully available on EU servers?

    That support thread is from 2012, when we didn't have to separate EU data on our EU servers. In order to allow your EU users to download the PDF of their submissions, please simply use the {pdf-link} variable instead of the link you are currently using:

    Alternatively, while the {pdf-link} variable is still the preferred way to set it up, you may want to simply change the www subdomain into eu subdomain on the link you are using:
