    Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email??

    Both I and a coworker are listed as recipients to receive our forms, however, I am not receiving the forms at my email (apearson@hgf,org). My coworker is getting the forms at her email, though (jillian@hgf.org). 

    At one point I was receiving the forms, but then a few weeks ago it stopped working. I spoke with out IT department and there is nothing on our end stopping the forms from coming in.

    I have also already tried removing my email from the forms and adding it again with no luck.

    I checked you email address in our logs and found out that it is in our bounce list, that's why you didn't receive submissions.

    The reason why is in bounce list is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Denied [CS]

    We're sorry for this inconvenience, I removed your email from our bounce list so everything should be fine now. You can check this thread on how to prevent further issues. Also whitelisting our IP addresses would help in preventing this from happening.
