My form is too slow

This just rec'd this a.m. from one of my users:

The submission website is going crazy slow today...could just be an Internet thing or the form may need to be updated.  It just took me 25 mins to get past the first page with my name and the simple job info.

Just wanted to give you a heads up! Lol!

I've tested your form. Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having.

If you mentioned about different form could you also provide us the form ID? At that situation, we can check it for you with pleasure. We will wait for your response.
