When I first publish my form I was working fine. I even tested a couple of times and it was OK.

Now even filling it correctly this message appears: "There are errors on this page. Please fix them before continuing" after clicking the send button.

I've tried to change the form, even changing mandatory fields, but nothing seems to work. Can you help me please?

I have tested you form, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I filled all required fields on your form, I was able to submit the form without any issues. When I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank You page. 

I have also cloned your form and made few tests with my cloned form. I was able to submit it every time when I filled all required fields. 

Were you able to resolve your issue? Maybe you did not filled all required fields. Please test your form again and if same error message appears scroll to the top of the form and check if all required fields are filled. 

In case that you have embedded your form and you have issues with your embedded form, please provide us URL of your webpage so that we can test your form there.

The problem was on the Terms and Conditions check box, I was told by another reply of yours.

After I deleted and inserted again it worked fine.
