I apologized but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I logged in to your account and I was able to open the uploaded files. Can you please try downloading the files and then verify if you can open them? Also, please open them in the Submissions area and not in the notification email.
Also, for troubleshooting purposes, please try another browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. In this way, we'll be able to identify if it is a browser related problem.
