Saleforce integration: Ability to update existing lead if record exists

    Do you know if this was implemented or is it close to being implemented?

    Unfortunately, the feature is not yet implemented and still in our wishlist. Let me forward this thread to our backend team as a feature request. Please be noted that we cannot provide you any ETA at the moment for the implementation. However, once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late update, but we'd like to inform you that this is now available.

    Select "Update Existing Entry" in the Duplicate Check options to enable it.

    Please do note that it works by cross-checking the user's email with the existing record.

    Hi -

    I am trying to use this feature and I cannot get it to work.  Can you explain more how this should work?  I have email address in my form and I have it mapped to the email address field on my contact record in Salesforce.  Unfortunately I cannot get any data to update the existing data I have in Salesforce.  I have tried very simple forms with just name, email and phone number and even those do not update.  Is there something I am missing?
