I suspect it's because I created a form that asked for credit card information. I didn't realize we couldn't do that. I have deleted those forms but my other forms still do not work. What do I do?Page URL:

I checked your account and it looks to be active. Are your forms still showing as disabled on your end? They should not be. If they are, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
