I get this email each week to sign up for Uber Instant Eats, but the form is never available. Why?

    As far as I know we haven't been sending out anything for a campaign involving Uber Instant Eats.

    Did you sign up for that particular form awhile back somewhere perhaps?

    Strangely, that form sounds vaguely familiar for some odd reason but I'm not entirely sure.

    If it was a jotform user making that form as a mailing list and you signed up for it then you would receive it via their email campaign if anything.

    Do you still have the email for it so we can trace and investigate it? If so you can forward it to us at support@jotform.com and we'll take a look at it.

    And are you trying to remove yourself?

    You could try replying to the email to see who and what email address it sends a reply.
