BlueSnap Invoice paid and JotForm Gold not activated...

    Dear,

    I paid on February the update for JotForm 2Year Gold for the account hold on the e-mail ensino.posfaeufmg@gmail.com, but so far the account was not updated. Could you check how to proceed to activate the service?

    The payment was done by Proforma invoice BlueSnap # 47682463 per wire transfer.
