I paid on February the update for JotForm 2Year Gold for the account hold on the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, but so far the account was not updated. Could you check how to proceed to activate the service?
The payment was done by Proforma invoice BlueSnap # 47682463 per wire transfer.
