Change results email template on Quiz Form App

    I have a 35 question test that I created and I am using the app Quiz form to verify answers and grade it.  Quiz form does a great job at grading it however the email I receive is not usable the correct or incorrect markings are not proportional to the text, they are huge! 

    I am uploading screenshot as my example.

    I am using MS outlook.

    It seems like there's a problem on the template you have.

    I tested the Quiz Form App but I'm unable to replicate the problem.

    This is how mine looks like when I received the email:

    Could you please try opening the Quiz Form App again and edit the template, you could try resetting it to default and see if the problem with the huge images will be resolved.

    I have the exact same issue.  I am running Office2016.  I have tried to reset the defaults however no luck.

    Any other ideas
