I have a client that is interested in using jot form for integration with Salesforce. We see your bronze plan that will work for most months (as right now they usually only have about 4,000 submissions a year), however, what happens if they happen to go over in one month? Is it ok if they go over in a particular month or what happens in that case. For example, last year in October they had 1,093 application submissions.
Also, do you offer non-profit pricing?
I also saw a previous post about asking for forms to update an existing contact rather than creating a new one. Is that any closer to being implemented?

If you exceed your submissions limit for current month, you account status will be "OVERLIMIT" and you won't access your forms during the same month. The first day of the next month, your submissions' counter will reset and you can able to use your forms again.
In the "OVERLIMIT" situation, you have two option. One is waiting for next month and the other one is upgrade your account to upper plans.
Below, you will see the plans from the link below:
We do not currently offer non-profit/educational discounts.

Can they upgrade for just the months where they will need to have more submissions?

Yes, it is possible to upgrade and then cancel at any time. Keep in mind, we do have a limited on stored submissions. You would need to either remove stored submissions when you do not need the subscription or downgrade to a storage account.
