    Blank Contacts in InfusionSoft

    We have a campaign where information is being sent to you, then on to Parsey for the file upload. 


    I am finding "blank" Contact Records - InfusionSoft cannot figure out where they are coming from. 


    I'm wondering if someone is accessing the form, not filling it out, but hitting submit??


    I don't know


    Any ideas?

    We do apologize about this problem you seem to be experiencing with our infusionsoft integration.

    Is this the form https://form.jotform.com/60885918122158 you are having this issue on or is it a different one?

    Is your infusionsoft account paid or free?

    Please note that you should have a paid infusionsoft account in order for the integration to work.

    Can you try re-applying the infusionsoft integration to see if that helps.

    If there is still a problem then please also tell us when did this problem start?

    Good morning - The form is named “File Upload”
    And yes, we have a paid InfusionSoft account.

    Thank you for providing additional information.

    You have required fields, so in normal conditions users cannot submit the form, unless those fields are filled in:

    This seams to be a custom field situation. You can see here more information on the custom fields accepted by InfusionSoft:



    If I'm not mistaken they don't have upload fields so also this might be affecting the integration. 

    Please try using text box fields on the Jotform instead of the name and phone number fields in addition to creating the custom fields.

    Let us know if the problem persists.

    We seem to be experiencing the problem again with Blank Contact records being created.
    I came in today to find 11 records with “No Name” – 5 of them have a valid email address
    Nothing has changed on our end, and we no longer use Parsey.
