I am trying to integrate with Highrise. I put in my login and authentication token and it lets me choose a list. So I pick contacts. Then it asks me to match your fields. However I can't select any of the fields. The dropdown boxes don't move. What do you suggest?

I have tried integrating HighRise on my test forms and see that the fields are properly matched and the dropdown fields are accessible normally at my end. Please see the screenshot below:
Could you try logging to your JotForm account to test the integration on a private/incognito window and see if that works? You may try using a different browser and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this further.

Can you please try cloning the form in question and use the clone to integrate with Highrise? Here's a guide that can help: How to clone an existing form from a URL. I would also suggest to clear your browser cache to see if that helps.
