I cannot clone a form

I'm trying to clone a form:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33495338020956
but this is the anwer;
Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form
Can you explain me why?

The owner of the form have set to ON the privacy settings of the form to prevent them form being copied by just anyone else. This is a security feature of the forms.

You can request permission from the form owner if you need to clone the form.

Let us know if you need further clarifcation.
