    I do not receive an email to reset password

    Can you please retry again. Use the "Forgot Password" link in the login page https://www.jotform.com/login

    I found your email bounce listed the reason email was not able to get through. I have fixed now and removed the blocked email.

    Try reset your password again, the email instruction should be there.

    Let us know if issue remains.
