    Please take a look at my hotel reservation form. The first Hotel has rooms for 100 people, the second Hall 250 people and the third hall 160 people.

    What shall I do so people can tell how many rooms are still available for them to reserve?

    Thanks.

    I believe the Ticket Purchase widget is suitable for your requirement. With the ticket widget, you will be able to show the users how many rooms are still available. When a user reserves a room, the ticket will be automatically updated. Here's a demo so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/60130611186949

    If you want the user to reserve multiple rooms, you can also use the Inventory widget.

    Thank you for your answer. How do I edit the descriptions? Change "Starting" to Haworth Inn, "Budget" to Cook Hall to suit my format. Thanks again.

    Sorry that I didn't  present my question correctly.

    I wanted to use ticket wedget to show the # of rooms available. Ticket wedget has "Starting". "Budget", "Standard" and "Premium".  I want to change the words "Starting", "Budget"....... to "Haworth", "Cook".....

    Thanks.

    Thank you for being so patient with me. Now Can I reduce the font size and narrow the spaces so their appearance would more consistent with the rest of the form? Thank you again.

    Hi,

    Please try adding the CSS below to the widget

    .checklist {

            font-size: 14px;

        font-family: "Lucida Grande", sans-serif;

    }

    .checklist label {

            padding-bottom: 0.1em;

            padding-top: 0.1em;

    }

    .checklist label.checkbox .before {

            top: .25em;

    }

    Please see steps below to add the CSS.

    The result should be as follows.
