How to download submission data?

hi

my account storage has been full so i cannnot use the form.

can i just download and backup all past submissions so the form can be used again?

please show me how to do that.

Yes you can download them in 3 different formats - XLS, CSV or PDF. However, you can't replenish your submission storage by downloading then deleting your submissions. There are 2 ways you can download your submissions:

1. Through your forms page

2. Or through your myaccount page

Hello @thestudyplace. I checked your account and it seems that you have exceeded the limit of uploads for a Storage account. To resolve the issue, please delete some of the uploaded files in your form to free up some space. You can indeed follow the guide that our fellow jotform user @jimjotform provided to backup your data.
