Mobile responsive forms

    Hi,

    I have two forms, they are both supposed to be mobile responsive. But one is and the other is not. 

    The working form is called Order Form

    The non-working form is Order Form BG

    I have checked both forms and they appear fine. Can you please provide more information what you mean by the Order Form BG not appearing mobile responsive?
