    Hi, I'd like to use my own web form on my site but use your databases. How do I go about doing this?

    I have a 4 input form created in plain html, I'd like to use jotform to collect the data...how do I do this? thank you!

    Though it is not possible to integrate the form from your web page to forward data to a JotForm account, you could convert that form to a jotform, then embed that form to your web page.  Here is how to convert your form:
