Send raffle ticket numbers with Unique IDs through autoresponder email.

    Hello JotForm Support,

    I'm also running a raffle and require assistance.

    Specifically I need help setting up my form with unique IDs corresponding to raffle ticket numbers and establishing an auto-responder emails to customers with these ticket numbers after payment is collected.

    The way I have set the form up is with a two-step authorization form integrated with Stripe. That way we accept payment first then issue the tickets.

    Raffle entries and payment information are collected on a JotForm Purchase Authorization Form linked to Stripe. The form includes the cost / ticket ($20) and information the quantity of tickets desired (which is unlimited). We are selling a total of 2000 tickets total.

    When the pending payment is taken and routed from JotForm to Stripe, I'd like to send out a confirmation email to those who entered with the quantity of tickets purchased and their corresponding ticket numbers.

    Again, I'd like to track the inventory of the tickets sold and also send out autoresponder emails with the unique ticket number(s) AFTER the payment is received.

    We don't have an inventory tracking system so if you need to control the number of tickets that will be sold, you can use our Inventory Widget: I would suggest cloning the demo form of the widget so you can see how the total payment is calculated.

    You can then pass the total to Stripe payment:

    Basically, you will just setup the form. The autoresponder email won't be sent out if the Stripe payment is not successful. You are secured from this part if you are after of the security of the unique ticket number.
