    I believe you are referring to this guide (How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts).

    Unfortunately, this option is not available in the new preferences wizard. A workaround will be accessing the form builder with the old user interface. You just need to add the string "&old" to the URL of the form builder in the address bar. Here's an example: 

    https://www.jotform.com//?formID=61595305242150&old

    If you want to go back to the new wizard then you need to use this string "&test".
