I have tested the quiz app and I can see that does not matter the order you answer a question, if answers are correct then the question will be marked as correct as well.
Could you please provide us an example in your form that is not marked the options as correct?
We will be glad to check the question and find why it is not being marked as correct.

I noticed this error in questions 4, 6, 9 & 12 in my JotForm. These are coincidentally all the Check Box questions in the form.

I have cloned your form and I was unable to replicate the same issue than you, for example, here are the correct answers I have set in my cloned form:
It is showing me the correct result even when I have filled the questions in different order:
I'm not sure what are you referring with order, in the order questions are answered? Or are you referring to the order as answers are selected?
Please try my cloned form, it should show you the results on the thank you page.
