What does it mean when you disable a form

    The form can be disabled because of phishing, it means that the owner is asking there for info that is not allowed at JotForm, then our anti-phishing systems detects this and proceed with disabling the form and suspending the account, here is the link to our terms where you will find what is not allowed to ask at JotForm: http://www.jotform.com/terms/ 

    Also, may be that you are trying to load another form, a for that does not belong to you, then maybe the user disabled that form since he does not need it anymore, then if this is the case you will need to contact the owner and ask to enable the form again. 

    I have checked your account and noticed it is currently active, if you have another account that has been disabled, please do let us know and we will be glad to check why it was disabled.
