Form not showing on mobile devices

I added a mobile widget to my form but when we try to access it via mobile device it says "Form has been deleted Contact owner for form." This is when clicking on a copied and pasted link.

Could you provide us the link of the form you are embedding please? 

We will check why the form is showing it has been deleted, since this could not be possible as the form is showing fine loading the web page on a desktop. 

But, please provide us with the link so we will be able to check why this is happening.
