    Hi,

I've added some conditions based on  some data input to send the notifications. I beleive the process is simple and straight. I did get a notification sent to the Orginator but to other people involved. Can you please check and advise.

The link for that form is:

    Thanks,

    Firas

It appears that in the email conditions containing more than one rule you need to change "If All of these conditions are matched to "If Any of these conditions are matched". With the current settings, the notification will only be sent to the intended recipient if the user selects both options spelled out in the condition.

Actually that what I am looking for. When both are meet I need the notification to be sent. Anyway , even the other rules are not working. From all these email rules I just get a notification for the originator, no other were sent.
Can u please look at this and advise!

I have made some test submissions to test your first two conditions, and both conditional email messages were sent according to the following mail logs.

If you would like to send multiple conditional emails on submission, you will have to use different Notification for each condition. Please check the following example:

I cloned and have tested this form. Tried with 2 of the conditional and sent them to 2 different emails ( of mine)

Here you can see the examples how it would work for you

Hope this sorts out the issue

Does that mean I need to clone the incident for each case? As you can see I've 10 possibilities. Is that what you mean?

Yes, you have understood us correctly. It is necessary to have separate "Incident Notification" for each condition. Otherwise, only one conditional email will be sent.

Thank you for using our services.

OK I just did that, on a side question: when a submession editted through edit link, all these notifications applied again? If not how I can setup at least all the time notification to someone?

Yes, all the conditions are applied again, and you will get the notification with EDIT:{Notification_name} subject. However, we do not send Autoresponder emails on Edit.

To create all the time notification, simply add one more notification and do not use any conditions with that notification.
