To change the email address to which a form is sent, load the form into the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab > click the notification in question (by default, there would just be one) > Reply-To and Recipient Settings > change the email address (or addresses, as the case may be) in the Recipient E-mail field > Finish > Save the form.
