Hi
When a customer hits submit, I want an immediate email irrespective of whether he pays or not.
Right now I get pending payment email but it takes a lot of time.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Nishant

For incomplete payments, there is no way to set up an instant email notification. Notification will either be sent the moment your users make their payment, or if it takes them more than half an hour to complete the payment and you have enabled the "pending payment" notifications, you will receive the pending payment notification:

To delay with pending payment notifications is between 30-60 minutes, and it is there to allow time for users to actually make a payment, and for the IPN (Instant Payment Notification) from PayPal to have some time to reach us.
If we do not receive the IPN from PayPal within that time-frame, we send out your pending payment notification.

I will forward your request to our developers to have a look. Though I cannot say when or even if this feature will be added, it will at least be considered. If there is any update to the status of the request, we will post it here in this thread.
