Since 6 June I do not seem to get any e-mail notifications for any of my forms at email@example.com.
Could you please find out what is going wrong.

Your email was in the bounce list. This happens when the email is rejected by the email providers for some time. I have removed it form the bounce list. you should be able to get notifications.
