My account was suspended? Can you help me rectify this??

    When I log in, all of my forms are gone!  There is a message that I am in violation somehow?  Suspected phishing--which I can assure you, is NOT the case!  How can I get them back?  Or do I have to start all over?

    I see that your account is having two forms collecting Credit card information using plain text fields and so the account is suspended by our anti-phishing system. 

    It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on Phishing forms.

    If you need to receive payments through JotForm, it is required to use one of the payment integrations available.

    These payment integrations comply with the security standards of PSI/DSS which is required to process the payments. 

    It is required to agree with our terms and agree to delete these forms from your account in order to activate your account. Please confirm so that we can delete these forms or guilty fields from the form to activate your account.

    I agree to your terms, and would take them down, but they are already gone.  Please let me know where to go from here.

    Thank you for your co-operation in this regard. I have removed the guilty fields from your forms and activated your account. You should be now able to login and view the forms normally. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
