Form logic not working in Internet Explorer

I wasn't able to find anything on this issue. It seems to have just started today (or since yesterday). Our forms simply aren't adjusting or responding to events (clicks, option button selects). For example, on the form mentioned below, the user should be able to click on "Specify Donor" option near the top and a text box appears allowing them to type in the name of the donor. But right now nothing happens. This seems to only be an issue with IE browser and is affecting multiple users. But in Chrome, the form works perfectly fine.

Yes, this problem has occurred today due to the recent update but it is now fixed by the dev team just now. Please check it again.
