Adding option for quantity in the products

And is there somewhere where you can add a place to let someone order more than one of something...like a quantity field?

It is possible to add an options or properties to the product. In the Products screen in the payment wizard, select the product and then click the "Add New Option" button. In the pop up, select " " and then press the "Next" button.

After that, if you want to customize the text or enable special pricing, you may do so. For this example, I'll leave it as a default and finish the integration.
