Am I able to change the user name of my account?

 Am I able to change the user name to a current staff member?

Yes, it is possible to change the username, but this is something that only support can do, we will need to get the new username you would like to use, it should be an available username and a good way to check if the username is available is checking it in our sign up page, enter the username and you will get a message if it is either available or not:
