I have upgraded my Jotform and paid the necessary amount yesterday, 20th March 2012.
Why is my Jotform still out of space?

I have checked your payment receipt and found one problem on it. In the JotForm Login Name field, you entered your email address instead of your JotForm username. This is the reason why your upgrade did not reflect into your account.
I have now manually upgraded your account to Premium. Kindly logout and log back in to take effect.
