How to edit form

I have bought a business and this business has a Wordpress website which I have transferred over to a new domain. In the website their is a jotform form the url is http://form.jotform.co/jsform/51458307753863

 

I want to edit this form but have never used Jotform before, how can i get this form to edit.

 

I have not yet signed up to Jotform but thinking that might be the first step.

 

Can you provide some assistance

Thanks for getting back to me, I actually worked it out myself. I registered on your sight then cloned the form from my website which worked a treat.
