Visual Reports builder is not loading due to "Fatal error"

When I try to create a visual report from a survey, I get the following error message at the bottom with no other displays: 

Fatal error: Class 'Reports\AnswersDB' not found in /www/v3/live/lib/classes/Reports/Data.php on line 136

Sorry about the issue, our developers have been made aware of it and have already resolved this issue with Visual Reports builder not loading.

Please try creating your Visual Reports again, and let us know should you experience any further issues.
